John Chen has over 20 years of experience in managing information technology, security infrastructure and business operations with the federal government and public traded company. He is responsible for Sunny Lending's daily operations and providing visions for long term strategic plans, revenue improvement and continuous growth. John graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from George Mason University. He also holds a Master of Art degree in International Relations and a BA in English language. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Scrum Master (CSM).
Tonia has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. She strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment and to bring a little fun into every mortgage transaction deal. As a seasoned loan processing manager, she knows the ins and outs of the mortgage world and always tries her best to make each transaction as smooth as possible.
Additionally, Tonia has demonstrated leadership skills across both the real estate and banking sides of the residential and commercial mortgage industry. She has extensive experience working with agents, brokers, appraisers, and underwriters to get the deal done.
Ms. Stansbury is married with two military sons and one grandson whom she loves to spend her time with.

As the leader of the processing Team, Ann is always professional, dependable, self-motivated and prompt to servicing every client and processing every file. She has obtained both mortgage processor and underwriter certifications to provide professional services to meet the needs of our customers.
Ann is energetic and has a strong passion in making things happen. She is the gatekeeper for ensuring the completion of every loan task and meeting the requirements of our clients. In the year 2021 alone, Ann and her team has processed and closed more than $200 Million accumulated loan amount.
With the rich experience from processing large amount of loan files and a strong learning desire, she serves as the in-house expert on various kinds of loans, including residential, commercial, SBA, Non-QM and all other types of loans.
Ann is an animal lover. She enjoys volunteering at pet rescue and doing art related activities in her spare time.
Allen Huang has been devoted in mortgage industry for more than 5 years. Supporting with the plentiful experience he obtained from years of working, strong knowledge of financial and economy attributes to learning experience of Graduated school for both Finance major and MBA, and passionate motivation of making a difference and contributions, Allen has been dedicated to provide most considerate services to clients, to generate due diligence on both in process and post-closing files, and to assist company and clients to make most reasonable financial and credit decisions.
Office Management & Licensing Specialist
Gina has more than ten years in the mortgage industry and an additional 25 years in office services. She is committed to both our company and our customers for a positive lending experience. Gina is highly motivated and has a can-do personality. Outside of the office, Gina is currently working on her bachelor’s degree at University of Maryland Global Campus. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafting and travelling. Gina is married to her Curling-official husband of 25 years and lives in Montgomery County with their Border Collie and two black cats.
